There are more and more cloud services, and accounting in the cloud will not surprise anyone anymore. The convenient and inexpensive Sky cloud service has already been presented on Lifehacker, and recently the same company Nebo LLC has released a useful application for executives.
The Sky app helps you see summary information about your company without having to climb into the bowels of online accounting. A couple of touches, and the manager sees how things are going in a company or several firms. Not a single wasted minute and a spent ruble, by the way, too — the application is free.
How often do you need to know how much money is left in the bank and cash register, how sales are going, when you need to make the next payments? It doesn't matter for each client or in general, the Sky app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch helps you do this at any time, even when you don't have internet.
In offline mode, the data is stored for a week, so you don't have to call the accountant and get him with various questions, and you don't threaten to be left without information at the most inopportune moment.
This application will be needed by everyone who keeps accounting in the cloud on the Sky service. Let's say you have already bought an account in the Sky online accounting or are just going to transfer your accounting to it. There will be daily input of documents, reporting, submission of these reports via the Internet and other accounting work.
What is reflected in the application Sky for the head? The most basic: "Money", "Sales", "Debts" and "Calendar". These four sections are quite enough to provide you with basic information about the company, and not overload you with unnecessary accounting data.
If you have an account in the Sky, just enter your e-mail and password, and then view the data from cloud accounting. Since it is possible to keep accounting records of several organizations in the cloud, you can view information on each of them separately in the application.
In the first tab "Money" there are subsections "Bank", "Cash Register" and "Total". Here you can see the arrival and expenditure of money related to specific customers and dates. Data on receipts and expenses for the day, automatically calculated balance — no need to look for anything and count, one glance, and everything is clear.
In the "Sales" tab, you can see how many goods were sold and services rendered. In the "Products" subsection, you can immediately see the name of the sold items, their price, the customer and the date of sale. It's the same with services.
Sales are divided into time periods: if you need to know how many sales were in a day, week or month, how many services were provided and the total number of company actions, it will take a few seconds in the application.
The "Debts" tab reflects everything related to loans. In "We owe" you can see who owes the company and how much. At the same time, the debts are distributed over time, and you immediately see which debts exist for less than 10 days, which — more, and the total amount of debts.
Next comes the "We must" tab. Here you can see how much and to whom you owe, and how long ago it was.
The last tab in the "Debts" is the balance. One glance is enough here to assess how things are with debts in your company. There is a total amount on top, below — for each specific debtor.
The last tab of the application is "Reporting Calendar". Here you can see everything that needs to be done for each of your organizations: mandatory and advance payments, VAT and important things that should not be missed in any case.
Just by going to the calendar, you will find out what needs attention in the first place, what was given when, and how much is left until the next delivery.
In general, the Sky application can be considered a gift to the users of the Sky cloud accounting. A free program with convenient management and a pleasant interface saves the most valuable resource of managers — their time, and helps in any situation to instantly get the necessary data about the company.
