Do not let the products in the refrigerator spoil with the help of two rules

Our family spends a lot of money on food. This is not surprising, if only because in our region food is mostly imported, and therefore it is much more expensive than in Asia, America or Europe. Plus, the features of import and distribution systems make their cost really big. Therefore, we must stop allowing milk to sour, cheese to mold (if this is not the technical process you have studied ;), and tomatoes to rot in our refrigerators. Below is a picture that shows how many products spoil in the refrigerator of an ordinary American. I am sure that we do not have many differences with them in this.

50% swiss cheese, 51% cherries, 20% milk fly into the trash!

In order to reduce these waste, you need to do just a few things:

1) When planning cooking at home, use recipes with products that you already have. I.e. if your basil is drying out, tomatoes are starting to spoil and there is a piece of boiled fish, then you need to cook pasta, and not, for example, fry a steak.

2) Have a special container in which you put products with an expiring expiration date. And, looking into the refrigerator, have a snack with them, and not with sausage, which is a) fatty, b) hyper-salted, c) stored for many days.

And how many products do you throw away and have you ever thought about fighting this hole in the family budget?
