Somehow I have already experimented with berries, chocolate and freezing, in the end I got a very tasty strawberry in chocolate. Now it's the kiwi's turn. Only this time you will get something like a popsicle on a stick.
So, you will need a bar of dark chocolate (100 g), kiwi of medium ripeness, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, ice cream sticks or large wooden skewers.
Kiwi should be chosen not too soft, otherwise you will not be able to put it on a stick normally. If it is too hard, then it is still green and terribly sour!
What needs to be done? Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath. While the chocolate melts, peel the kiwi and cut it across with rather thick circles. Add a spoonful of vegetable oil to the melted hot chocolate and mix everything well.
Then put the kiwi pieces on a skewer or stick, dip them in chocolate and put them on a tray or plate covered with baking paper. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then take it out and dip it in chocolate again — this is done so that the chocolate layer is thicker.
The very last touch — put your "ice cream" in the freezer for 20 minutes. It turns out a delicious and cool treat! Almost like ice cream on a stick.
The result was tested on a child — the child was satisfied ;)
