Finally I publish the promised warm-up before running with Vladimir Degtyarev and his coach, Andrey Yastrebov. The warm-up is very thorough. It allows you to stretch all the muscles and joints and fully prepare your body for running. I think that you already know about the obligation to warm up before any sports activities. Therefore, I will not describe the sad consequences again and will get down to business almost immediately.
But first, briefly about Andrey and his achievements :)
Andrey Yastrebov was born in 1970, in 1987-1991 he was a member of the national team of the Ukrainian SSR in cross-country skiing. Since 1991 in triathlon.

The video was shot in small fragments for each exercise. In general, the warm-up took about 20-25 minutes.
In the next post I will post a video with special exercises for running.
P.s. And yes, I am very ashamed that I took so long with this video. In the future, I promise to improve and do everything in my power to publish material with fervor.
