Google is testing dynamic themes in its Chrome browser. A new feature was noticed in the Canary v114 version.
This option creates a single palette based on the theme of the web service: it optimizes contrast, text color, and other interface details. A similar function has long been available in Android smartphones, but there the system adapts to the wallpaper, not the theme.
Developers who have already managed to test the new option note that after its activation, "the text color corresponds to the color of the Chrome theme." And so far it only works in dark mode.
It is assumed that the function will make the text in the browser more legible regardless of the chosen topic.
It has not yet been announced when it will be available to all Chrome users.
